She works with senior managers, directors, and executives navigating leadership growth, complex team dynamics, and high-pressure environments.

Lucy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Emotional Intelligence practitioner, ADHD specialist, and trauma-informed coach. With a background as a Quality Engineer, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master, she brings a systems perspective to leadership development—helping executives balance performance, wellbeing, and sustainable productivity.

She is the creator of the Curious Leadership Framework™, which helps leaders move from reactive patterns to thoughtful, curiosity-driven leadership. Her approach integrates emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and practical leadership tools to strengthen decision-making, communication, and resilience.

Originally from Argentina, Lucy coaches in both English and Spanish and brings a multicultural perspective to her work. Outside of coaching, she is a competitive tennis player and mother, experiences that continually shape her perspective on performance, discipline, and balance.
